The HDG Electrical Steel Tubular Pole was designed as customer's request. For Distribution and Transmission Line use. And with Base Plate use Anchor Bolts to Install. Sections with 2 and use flange to connect each segment. The hot dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM 123 and the zinc coating at least 86 microns.
The Hot Dip Galvanized Electrical Power Steel Tubular Pole plays an important role in electrical power transmission and distribution industry. Steel tube tower mainly use between high voltage transmission lines, with lightning rod hanging place on top, bolt connecting tower body with cross arm which has wires hanging place. The intersecting surface of tower is oblong, and the intersection surface macroaxis of tower and cross arm is 0 to 90 degree angle. In practical application, raw material can be saved of shorten the circumference of intersection surface by bearing the max bending moment of oblong intersection surface macroaxis.
Normally substation structure are wraped by plastical bags or burlap cloth at the top and bottom, or according to clients requirement.
