Founded in 1998, Jiangsu Hongguang Steel Pole Co. Ltd(JSHG) specializes in manufacturing various steel poles. We manufacture a variety of products as follows: transmission poles and substation structures for the power transmission industry; high masts and street lamp poles for illumination, widely used in express-ways, airports, ports & docks, depots, parking lots and stadiums; tower poles for funicular railways; micro-wave communication poles for the telecommunication industry; aero-generator supporting poles and street lamp poles.

Our company covers an area of 65,000 squaremeters, with a registered capital of RMB61,880,000Yuan. We have a 35,000-square meter production site and 200 employees in total, including 15 engineers, 5 senior foreign engineers, 30 technicians and management staff.

Our company has an output of 30,000MT of steel poles annually. We own 2 sets of 2,400T and 600T large-scale hydraulic bending machines, each of which is able to produce large-scale components and pole structures. Besides, our company has professional equipments, such as CNC flame cutting machine, automatic slitting-welding equipment, plate-flatted machine, clipper, auto-closed up machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, auto leveler, auto-spayed pipelining and fine machining auxiliary machines.

With the efforts of all staff as well as external support and cooperation, our products are selling well in big-China and are serving hundreds of cities and towns for their municipal constructions and electric network projects. We passed and comply with the three-systems assessment for ISO9001(quality), ISO14001(environment), OHSAS18001(occupation healthy and safety) and set relevant regulations from raw material acceptation, to design, manufacturing, daily management, and after-sales service. Our company has followed the US codes on steel pipe and pole design and domestic standards for transmission line design. We also have developed our own conical steel pipe and pole design software, which integrates the functions of designing electricity, structure, foundation, and working drawing. This software adopts EXCEL program and is installed with self-check system, which ensures higher design efficiency and higher design quality. Under the assistance of this software, the design of a basic steel pipe (including structure, foundation, and working drawing) takes only half an hour to finish. Up to now, we have made hundreds of integral design solutions for thousands of road lighting conical steel poles. Any design of conical poles can be fully automated and computerized.

In order to provide our customers with good services, our company sets up the Customer Service Department particularly. The senior technicians in this department are engaged in the areas of mark recognition, structural assembly, main pole erection, integral installation, and foundation construction, and offer technical assistance and instructions on safe erection, foundation construction, structural assembly as well as other on-site services.
