Material:
we just only choose qualified & famous steel manufacturer's products to make sure our product's quality. Any material was found the defects,then all the rest materials which purchased together with it will be refused and forbidden to be receipt by the warehouse.
Welding:
we welding the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto welding with perfect welding line and good quality,we strickly control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag inclusion,hole vent for the welding.
Hot dip galvanization:
Hot dip galvanization in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002 and American standard ASTM A123. The hot dip galvanization technique could protect steel pole from corrosion for as long as 50 years
1. We can supply the products base on client required drawing , also can supply the design for any kinds of power distribution poles( electric poles) ,street lighting poles, high mast poles ,garden light poles , outdoor lighting ,flag poles ,traffic light poles .
2. Matercials :hot rolled coil from Q235 and Q345 .
3. Treating: Hot dip galvanized Following ASTM A 123 or any other stardand by client required.
4. Packing: Plastic bulble , Mat &Straw Bale or following client required
5. Length : within 11meters once forming( single section)
6. Thickness:3mm. 6mm, 8mm, 12mm , etc
7. Shape: polygonal(6-side,8side,12-side,16side) round tapered
8. Easy install and maintenance.
Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can follow clients required.
